Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including manual, automation, and performance specialists, to ensure efficient testing processes. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts while identifying, documenting, and managing software defects in collaboration with development teams. Conduct regression testing to maintain ongoing stability and work with stakeholders to ensure full project coverage. Optimize test processes continuously and stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and tools such as Azure, JIRA, and ALM. Requires 7-12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a background in DICOM, web, mobile, and device testing.
