Job Summary
Conduct ISTA distribution and cold chain tests while documenting data and reports using Good Documentation Practices. Interpret industry standards from ISTA, ASTM, and customer protocols to execute standardized procedures safely. Collaborate with sales reps and internal departments to communicate test status and updates, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Operate lab equipment in both laboratory and warehouse environments while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires ISTA certification preferred and experience with CAD software.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year industry or testing lab experience or packaging related degree
- 1-3 years of related job experience
- Ability to work independently

Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of packaging principles and types of corrugated boxes
- ISTA Packaging Dynamics Professional certification
- CAD software experience (ArtiosCAD, Solidworks)
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
