Test Lab Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Lab Test Technician conducts routine and non-routine testing of aerospace fluid conveyance products, records test data, and reports results to QA and engineering. Assists technical teams with recommendations to resolve testing problems, calibrates and verifies test equipment, ensures calibration due dates are met, and maintains a safe, organized lab. Responsibilities include test setup, data collection, documentation, sample disposition, adhering to SOPs and aerospace/military specifications, and supporting engineers with problem resolution. Requires high school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred) with mechanical aptitude, MS Office proficiency, and ability to read technical documents. Shift: 1:45 AM - 3:15 PM with a $1.00 shift differential. Location: Laconia, NH; in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College or vocational school coursework preferred
- Military experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Experience reading and interpreting technical documents (blueprints, manuals)
- Mathematical skills (algebra and geometry)
- Ability to calculate formulas (percentages, area, volume)
- Ability to work under supervision until training completed
- Commitment to safety procedures and a clean laboratory environment
