Job Summary
As a Test Lab Operator, you’ll be responsible for testing and analyzing HVAC systems and components through hands-on work with advanced equipment. Key duties include setting up and operating test facilities, performing mechanical and electrical connections, troubleshooting equipment, recording and analyzing data, and collaborating with engineering teams. Ideal candidates will possess strong teamwork skills, critical thinking abilities, and experience with tools and instrumentation.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Experience with tools, instrumentation, and facility equipment
- Comfort with lifting, rigging, and working in dynamic environments
