Job Summary
Oversee lab activities, supervise test engineers, technicians, and machinists, and develop lab personnel through training. Create test methods, processes, plans, and procedures while reviewing and documenting product test results. Generate reports for management on activity availability and resource allocation. Ensure the safety and efficiency of all lab operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills, with a preference for candidates with aerospace industry experience and knowledge of RTCA DO-160 and MIL-STD-8106G environmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of engineering management experience

Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry
- Strong technical writing skills
- Software experience including MS Excel, CAD, coding, data acquisition
- Experience with RTCA DO-160 and/or MIL-STD-8106G environmental test standards
- VBA programming, SOLIDWORKS, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW experience
