Test & Integration Manager

Lead test integration and industrialisation of electro-optical systems and photonics-based products while designing automated test systems and production test benches. Drive new product introduction activities from prototype through to production release, managing CAPEX and manufacturing test infrastructure to improve yield, throughput, and reliability. Lead PFMEA, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams. This London-based role focuses on ensuring advanced products are fully validated and ready for scalable manufacturing at the interface of R&D, optical engineering, production, and quality.
