Job Summary
Manage and execute ATE hardware solutions from planning through production, collaborating with test engineers to ensure timely releases. Project manage design and logistics for loadboards, probe cards, and change kits, covering RFQ, design reviews, and NPI transitions. Review ATE hardware request forms, schematics, layouts, and BOMs for compliance, then support first article builds and debugging. Maintain test team inventory, coordinate vendor shipments, and own tier strategies for testing hardware. Interface with ATE engineering teams for PCB design execution and provide technical direction for production solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, or other related field
- 5+ years or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE)
- Proficient with ATE analog digital instruments
- PCB layout parasitic reduction
- strong debug/troubleshooting experience
