Job Summary
Lead and supervise the testing department during final assembly of electrical control and distribution equipment. Provide technical guidance for testing, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and quality control to ensure on-time shipment and compliance with IEEE/ANSI standards. Train personnel in testing and troubleshooting, interact with customers during design verifications and reliability demonstrations, and ensure safe manufacturing practices on the production floor. Oversee field service support and maintain documentation, while improving test processes and product quality. Strong leadership and communication skills required to manage a team of Test Technicians and coordinate with wiremen/field service technicians; must ensure 97% attendance targets, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED required.
