Job Summary
Conduct test administrative tasks and create a conducive testing environment for Army Continuing Education System programs across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Coordinate with TCO/ATCO to update credentials and training per guidelines, while using the Customer Assistance Tool (CAT) to accurately capture workload for all customer interactions. Manage storage and destruction of testing documents according to ARIMS timelines and local SOPs, ensuring test integrity and avoiding conflicts of interest. Support special events and provide counseling, credentialing, and instructional services ranging from academic guidance to civilian transition assistance. Associate's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office required; favorable NACI needed.
Required Qualifications
- Training in the Army Personnel Testing Basic Test
- Training in the Army Personnel Testing Defense Foreign Language Program (DFLP) Test
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs and web-based applications
- A favorable NACI
- Associate's degree in any area of study from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
