Job Summary
Provide Level 3 tech support on trouble shooting and failure analysis for server/rack/storage/GPU products; guide test plans for new products; verify scripts from software development team and green-light deployments; improve test plans and scripts to increase efficiency; perform coding improvements to reduce UI and labor costs; maintain reporting tools from test databases; globally support escalated test issues; provide leadership and technical direction to the testing engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in engineering or related field
- 10+ years in server/rack/storage/GPU industrial domains
- Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL required, PHP preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
- Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
