Job Summary
Seeking a Test Engineering Manager with a master's or PhD in relevant fields, 6+ years experience in RF and optoelectronic testing, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in test automation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 6+ years dedicated test engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of RF concepts and testing methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in RF and optoelectronic testing for semiconductor fabrication
- Proficiency in Matlab, Cadence Layout Tools, LabView
- Knowledge of testing techniques such as DC curves, load pull, and reliability testing
- Experience with GaN, HFET, HBT devices, wafer fabrication processes
