Test Engineering Intern

Job Summary
Test Engineering Intern role supporting the engineering team in the lab. You’ll help set up and run product tests, work with engineers to gather meaningful test data, record procedures, results, photos and videos, and turn results into clear reports, graphs, and tables. You’ll assist with design validation and performance testing, troubleshoot test issues, share observations with the team, and help improve testing processes over time. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (junior standing preferred), available part-time during the school year (10–20 hours/week) and full-time in the summer, comfortable with Word and Excel, interested in lab work, testing, or CAD, organized, reliable, and able to commute to Mequon, WI. You’ll thrive by learning-by-doing, asking questions, and collaborating with colleagues to bring real products to life.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (junior standing preferred)
- Available part-time during the school year (10–20 hours/week) and full-time in the summer
- Comfortable using Word and Excel (we’ll teach you the rest)
- Interested in lab work, testing, or CAD (experience is a plus, not a must)
- Able to commute to our Mequon, WI location
