Job Summary
Design and execute manual and automated tests for Azure infrastructure, validating networking, identity, policy, and security configurations against design and compliance standards. Build automated test scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python, integrating them with Git-based workflows to support Terraform validation. Maintain test plans, evidence packs, and assurance artefacts to ensure platforms meet go-live readiness and compliance gates. Leverage tools including Checkov, TFLint, and PSRule for Azure, alongside Log Analytics and Sentinel for observability. This initial 3-month Outside IR35 contract requires active BPSS clearance (SC desirable) and is fully remote.
Required Qualifications
- current and active BPSS Clearance
- Azure platform testing (networking, identity, governance, security)
- Terraform validation and Git-based workflows
- Automation with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python (pytest/Pester)
- Azure Policy, RBAC, CAF governance
- Logging and observability: Log Analytics, Sentinel
