Job Summary
Conduct application, cloud, and data system testing by writing test plans, creating test cases, and generating bug reports for products. Manage test data architecture, troubleshoot errors, and examine code through data validation, functional, performance, usability, and accessibility testing. Establish automated testing tools and infrastructure, develop scripts with parallelization, and validate systems for cloud migrations. Ensure cybersecurity safety and secure development processes while documenting environment states and performing gap analyses. Optimize testing systems using virtualization and containerization, and present status updates to cross-train team members.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
- BS Degree in an IT field OR BS in a non-IT field and 2 years related IT experience
- 3 Years of Experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- 3 Years of Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages
- 3 Years of application DevSecOps Experience in an Agile environment
- Experience utilizing docker containers and utilizing platforms such as Kubernetes
- 3 Years of Experience implementing test automation, using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Soap UI, RestAssured, Postman
- Experience integrating test automation including performance, security, and functional tests into CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with performance and load testing
- Experience in one or more cloud computing environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Desired Qualifications
- CAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing)
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience with documenting an as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations
