Job Summary
Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing system, integration, regression, and acceptance test procedures for aviation diagnostics, prognostics, and health monitoring systems supporting U.S. Army aviation platforms. Will create test plans, test cases, and test reports; perform software and hardware integration testing; identify, document, and track defects; support verification and validation throughout the software lifecycle; develop and maintain automated test scripts and environments; analyze results and perform root-cause investigations; support field testing, demonstrations, and customer events; participate in technical reviews and Agile development activities; ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and defects.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of test and evaluation experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience developing and executing software test procedures
- Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking and configuration management tools
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting aviation, aerospace, or DoW programs
- Ability to work on customer site at Redstone Arsenal
