Test Engineer (SPC & DV)

Job Summary
Maintain and improve oven/chamber equipment, including control systems, software, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation. Drive continuous improvement through automation, Lean practices, and cycle time reduction while managing spare parts and supplier support to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to support thermal stress testing, burn-in, and new product qualification activities. Evaluate and validate equipment setups before production release, monitor performance trends, and prepare technical documentation including SOPs and calibration reports. Provide training to manufacturing teams and ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and ISO requirements. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- At least 1 yr of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience & testing methodologies
- With good computer literacy
- good communication skill
- reporting of information/data
- Strong interest in computer hardware engineering
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting a wide range of desktop software and components
- Experience in equipment's Total Control Methodology
