Job Summary
Conduct integration, system, regression, and acceptance testing for AMOSS, ISR Systems, telecommunications, and ancillary C4I systems within Test and Development facilities. Validate software, hardware, network, and sensor integrations to ensure full compliance with DHS and CBP security requirements and Configuration Management baselines. Support Engineering & Integration teams during system upgrades, new sensor integrations, and lab debugging. Develop Systems Acceptance Test Plans, Installation Plans, and Software Version Description Documents while documenting defects and remediation actions. Assist in audits, inspections, and readiness reviews to minimize operational risk prior to deployment into the operational baseline.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Secret Clearance Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of related work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in system testing, integration testing, or lab engineering
- Experience testing complex IT, C4I, or mission-critical systems
- Experience testing with Linux-based systems
- Experience testing with Networked systems
- Experience testing with client/server architectures
- Experience testing with Hardware and software integrations
- Familiarity with Test plans, procedures, and defect tracking
- Familiarity with Configuration management processes
- Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments
- Working knowledge of Networking concepts and protocols
- Working knowledge of Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Experience with Virtualized environments
- Experience with Test automation tools or scripting
- Experience with Issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal, DHS, CBP, DoD, or law enforcement systems
- Familiarity with AMOSS, ISR systems, or radar/sensor-based systems
- Familiarity with Agile development and testing methodologies
