Job Summary
Salesforce Testing/QA Engineer to join the Delivery Engagement team in Hyderabad/Bengaluru, India, responsible for ensuring quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing. Responsibilities include test planning and documentation, writing detailed test cases from user stories, executing tests, defect management, regression/performance/security testing, automation and CI/CD support, and collaborating with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners within an Agile environment. Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform capabilities, and contribute to test frameworks and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Testing Engineer / QA Engineer, with strong focus on Salesforce testing
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, defect management, and test documentation
- Experience in regression, performance, and security testing
- Ability to translate user stories into effective test cases
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Conga CPQ or CPQ systems, Experience Cloud testing, test automation tools familiarity, Salesforce certifications
