Job Summary
Design, maintain, and control the product testing and modification of pump products and quality-control activities based on internal standards and customer specifications; perform hydraulic and electrical testing on motors and controls; conduct agency performance tests and compile test reports for internal and external customers; analyze problems, propose corrective actions, and serve as a technical advisor to operations; collaborate with customers, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to ensure product quality; establish testing processes and standards, recommend product design changes, and assist in troubleshooting with field service; leverage lean methodologies to improve processes and maintain current product quality; requires a BSME/BSMET degree, strong communication, CAD/SolidWorks proficiency, and cross-functional teamwork; full-time role located in Ashland, OH with compensation range $61,200 to $113,600 annually.
Required Qualifications
- BSME or BSMET
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to interpret drawings; experience with reading technical plans & specifications is a plus
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
