Job Summary
Develop and integrate AC/DC product test platforms, including ICT, Hi-pot, burn-in, and FT processes for power supply manufacturing. Lead NPI projects by designing test fixtures and programs, while providing technical support for future mass production runs. Manage technician and operator training, collaborate with design teams to enhance testability and feedback for design for manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement to meet key indicators like FPY and downtime. Requires a Bachelor's degree in electronics or automation, 2+ years of testing experience, proficiency in electronic measurement devices, and strong coding skills in languages like C/C++ or Python. Based in Shanghai Plant with a focus on operational excellence and high-reliability power solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or automation and related fields
- More than 2 years of testing or design experience in electronics
- Be proficient in using various electronic measurement devices, such as AC and DC sources, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.
- Good coding skills
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to solve all kinds of complex problems with the team
- Good English listening and speaking skills
Desired Qualifications
- The experience in power supply is highly preferred
- Proficient master at least one programming language, such as Lab windows cvi/test stand, C /C++, C#, Python, etc.
- Familiar with ATE test such as Chroma, Or other test platforms
- General knowledge of whole test process, such as burn-in, Hi-pot and function test
- Good teamwork awareness and communication skills
- Experience in cross-functional team project management is preferred
