Job Summary
Conduct research into Government test and evaluation concepts to create thorough evaluation and test plans, including strategies, master plans, and readiness assessments. Plan and execute performance analysis, data collection, and sampling schemes to characterize confidence in performance estimates. Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use while applying statistical analysis to variations in behavior. Coordinate with Systems Engineering and partner organizations to synch T&E events with decision points, manage resources, and ensure quality assurance of test processes. Provide technical direction to Level 1 tasks and serve as primary liaison to the government for contract coordination and task execution. Maintain knowledge of evolving agency and international standards applicable to system development.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizens
- active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Polygraph
- Eight (8) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
