Job Summary
Role focuses on preparing test cases and performing testing of the product/ platform to be deployed at a client end, authoring test plans, implementing model-based testing, automating the test life cycle (VB macros, GUI automation), executing test cases, and delivering quality in line with SLAs. Responsibilities include designing and executing automation frameworks, creating test environments, conducting UAT, reporting test progress, and providing usability/ serviceability feedback to stakeholders. Location in Bengaluru, India; Salesforce Service Cloud domain expertise required; 5-8 years experience; emphasis on end-to-end software validation and defect management.
