Test Engineer

Lead and direct workcell test engineering staff while designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures, hardware, and software for electronic circuit board production. Manage recruitment, retention, and performance of Test Engineers through coaching, training curriculum creation, and regular evaluations. Monitor team turnover, establish measurable operational goals, and coordinate activities during crises. Define and implement test engineering strategies aligned with campus directions, streamline processes to reduce costs, and manage equipment and product test performance. Lead the workcell team as a Lead Project Engineer, communicating design developments to customer engineering staff and developing special test equipment and software. Monitor NPI activities, analyze test quality trends, and spearhead corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in key metrics.
