Test Engineer IV

Lead and direct all workcell test engineering staff with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. Responsibilities include recruitment and retention of engineers/technicians, coaching and mentoring, establishing measurable goals, driving continuous improvement in operational metrics, coordinating large teams, communicating with customers, and ensuring efficient testing processes. Technical duties cover leading test engineering efforts, evaluating test procedures and equipment, developing specialized test equipment and software, supporting NPI activities, and ensuring safety and adherence to company procedures. Minimum requirements: B.S. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and ten years of experience.
