Job Summary
Test Engineer IV leading test strategy for IST and Repair functions; responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test processes, scripts, and fixtures; drive root-cause analysis, NPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Demonstrates strong data-driven problem solving, test planning, integration testing, and stakeholder communication; requires knowledge of testing methodologies, ability to configure and validate server systems, develop diagnostic programs, and guide operators and technicians through test procedures. The role involves setting up test environments per engineering drawings (OS/app loading), ensuring safety compliance, and delivering technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in testing, manufacturing, or engineering environment
- Experience working on complex technical issues involving cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, execution, and analysis
- Experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and calibration
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
