Test Engineer IV

Job Summary
Technical lead for Test, In-System Test (IST), and Repair functions, driving test strategy and ensuring overall test effectiveness. Develop, implement, and maintain Test Process Instructions (TPI) for production; train production operators on test processes; troubleshoot failures and perform root cause analysis; design and develop test fixtures, scripts, and diagnostic programs; define integration/test strategies and schedules; set up parameter testing for customer samples; install hardware and load OS/applications; build systems per engineering drawings; ensure safety and collaborate with cross-functional teams; deliver technical presentations to internal/external stakeholders; maintain relationships with suppliers and customers; ensure compliance with health & safety standards and ISO 9001-related quality practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in testing, manufacturing, or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, execution, and analysis
- Ability to analyze test data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) (preferred)
