Job Summary
Test Engineer role supporting MFGE test, programming, and label processes in series production; drive continuous improvement, support capability studies, and KPI optimization; responsibility to manage test machine uptime, develop and maintain test documentation, and coordinate cross-functional activities with QE and production teams; candidate should have a technical bachelor's degree and 9-15 years automotive experience with knowledge of CAN, LIN, LVDS, Flex-Ray, memory flashing, SSFT, lean concepts, and strong problem-solving and English communication skills.
