Job Summary
Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using Selenium and Appium to ensure software product functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions meeting business objectives. Configure and deploy these testing frameworks while troubleshooting technical issues. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials. Work within an Agile environment to identify defects and provide improvement recommendations to the development team.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Computer science background
- Proficient in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
