Test Engineer III

Job Summary
Direct Test Engineers I & II and lead test engineering activities for electronic circuit board production. Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software; oversee recruitment, coaching, and performance management of the team; drive training curricula and ensure continuous improvement in key operational metrics. Collaborate with customers, develop/test equipment and software, analyze performance data, and guide team through testing strategies and process improvements to support new product introductions. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 5-10 years of related experience; leadership and mentoring capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years experience in test engineering or related field
- ability to recruit, mentor, and coach Test Engineers I & II
- ability to develop and validate test procedures and test equipment
- experience with test software and hardware, NPI experience
- leadership and performance management skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
- compliance with safety and security policies
