Test Engineer III - AOI

Direct Test Engineers I & II in assigned area with high efficiency and integrity; design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. Lead recruitment and retention by coordinating with recruiters, coaching Test Engineers in interviewing, and guiding team development. Establish measurable goals and provide performance management and feedback. Organize communication and ensure clear documentation, training curricula, and ongoing coaching to deliver excellence to internal and external customers. Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics, coordinate large teams, and ensure cost-conscious, safe, and compliant testing operations. Develop and apply test strategies, analyze testing data, and spearhead improvements in testing processes and equipment; provide training and technical liaison to customers. Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies while advancing test engineering capabilities and efficiency.
