Job Summary
Develop and validate production test programs for Eagle Test Systems and oven-based trimming/calibration systems to support new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing. Assist in the design, validation, and qualification of DUT boards, interface hardware, and test fixtures while conducting system integration and debugging activities. Participate in test program debugging, optimization, and correlation studies to improve test coverage, efficiency, and manufacturability. Support validation of hardware and software changes, execute qualification plans, and maintain comprehensive test documentation and release records. Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure robust, scalable test solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test, automation, manufacturing engineering, or related technical fields
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device testing and electronic measurement techniques
- Programming knowledge in C/C++
- Familiarity with software development, scripting, debugging, and data analysis
- Understanding of analog, mixed-signal, or power electronics fundamentals
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and engineering problem-solving methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Eagle ETS88 or other ATE platforms
- Familiarity with oven-based trimming, calibration, or characterization systems
- Experience with instrumentation such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency counter, and switching systems
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as JMP, Galaxy, Exensio, Power BI, or equivalent
- Exposure to Python or MATLAB is a plus
- Experience with lab projects involving hardware-software integration is advantageous
- Demonstrates sound business judgement that balances cybersecurity risk reduction with operational continuity and commercial impact
- Communicates technical risk clearly and credibly, translating complexity into concise, business relevant insights for executives, customers, and the Board
- Acts as a collaborative partner across Engineering, IT, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations
- Leads calmly and decisively during incidents, exhibiting strong ownership and maintaining executive and Board confidence
