Job Summary
Design, plan, and execute tests on switchgear products and components to evaluate performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Lead small to medium-scale projects to improve test capabilities, maintain lab facilities and processes, and produce detailed test reports. Analyze test data, provide data-driven insights, troubleshoot issues, and train team members on lab processes, equipment, and methods to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality in testing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical testing or a related field
- Strong understanding of high-voltage testing methods and safety practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical evaluation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Meticulous approach to testing, data collection, and documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment and support team goals
- Adherence to safety protocols and a safe work environment
