Test Engineer II

Designs, develops, and maintains test software and equipment for production and engineering service areas, including testing and packaging of complex embedded computer systems. Oversees and participates in First Article builds, FAI reports, pilot runs, and ensures products meet internal/external quality requirements and customer specifications. Creates production and tuning procedures, writes troubleshooting guides, develops testing techniques, and trains operations personnel on manufacturing processes. Collaborates with design engineering and customer operations on new or redesigned service programs and supports during the NPI phase. Typically requires 5+ years in rack and server assembly and testing; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; may travel. Strong knowledge of computer architecture, familiarity with Linux and Windows, and networking setup; English communication is essential with Mandarin considered a plus.
