Job Summary
Define test strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and manage end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business users, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. Plan and execute migration testing, including data validation, risk assessment, and defect management to drive quality initiatives. Ensure seamless system transitions through structured testing approaches. This role supports complex testing and migration initiatives within an Agile environment, involving structured Test Management practices and close coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering and Test Management
- Strong expertise in defining test strategies and developing comprehensive test plans
- Extensive experience in migration testing, including planning, execution, data validation, risk assessment, and defect management
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and Test Management
- Ability to coordinate and align effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex end-to-end testing activities
- Ability to identify and mitigate testing and migration risks
- Ability to validate data accurately during system migrations
- Ability to drive quality improvements and ensure effective defect resolution
- Ability to support successful system transitions through structured testing practices
