Job Summary
Validate test software, perform root cause analysis on production electrical failures, and specify test station equipment based on design requirements. Develop calibration plants, create test documentation including plans and schematics, and assist in training production associates. Interface with manufacturing departments, support CCA and ICA analysis, evaluate new test equipment, and troubleshoot station issues. Execute new product development procedures and research continuous improvement projects. Bachelor's degree in engineering required; experience in electronics industry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in an Engineering discipline from four-year college or university
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in electronics industry
- Familiarity with APQP process
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Concepts
