Job Summary
Validate HVAC units including AC and gas furnaces while managing and maintaining test benches. Supervise tester technicians and ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance across all validation testing. Maintain test bench availability at 98% and achieve on-time completion rates of 95% or higher with 100% test compliance. Conduct root cause analysis and problem solving to support technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports product validation efforts within the HVAC team.
