Test Engineer

Job Summary
Participates in reviews of requirements and available design data; develops and implements test plans and schedules for subsystems of new and existing designs. Designs portions of engineering solutions to test and evaluate systems, equipment and devices. Builds testing tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses; collaborates with team of engineers to validate test strategy, product design and methodologies; monitors yield data for test and product issues and drives continuous test enhancements. Produces conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, and communicates with internal and outsourced testing and development partners. Requires a four-year or graduate degree in a related field and typically 2-4 years of relevant experience; skilled in Agile, automation, Selenium, Python, Java, SQL, Jenkins, JIRA, and test planning.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in debug and validation, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
