Job Summary
Operate multiple electron beam test stands and execute daily testing workflows while analyzing, evaluating, and documenting results using Python and internal tools. Prepare, reconfigure, and mount high-precision mechanical, electrical, and vacuum components for new test scenarios. Perform fault analysis, support software validations, and execute maintenance procedures including spare parts management. Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures and technical documentation to ensure maximum stand availability.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Maschinenbau-, Elektrotechnik-, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung (oder eine gleichwertige praktische Qualifikation)
- Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Wartung technischer Testsysteme oder Laboranlagen
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation technischer Tests
- Grundkenntnisse in Python zur Analyse von Testdaten
- Höchste Sorgfalt, Präzision und Qualitätsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Hightech-Systemen
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung in Troubleshooting und Ursachenanalyse
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Hochvakuumtechnik, Elektronenstrahltechnologie oder Testautomatisierung sind von Vorteil
