Test Engineer

Preventive and corrective maintenance of testing equipment, manage assigned personnel, and resolve testing problems involving product malfunctions or data interpretation issues. Evaluate and interpret test data to prepare technical reports for engineering and management, while developing or using software to conduct tests on electronic products. Train floor support and test technicians on hardware, software, and problem-solving techniques. Resolve test yield problems by performing root cause evaluations, coordinating corrective actions, and monitoring improvements. Perform equipment verification and integration in production, create process documentation, and report test yield metrics.
