Job Summary
Direct electronic engineering and technical personnel for testing systems, test control apparatus, and software solutions in a manufacturing environment. Lead deployment, calibration, and verification of test instruments to validate product functionality and capture accurate data. Perform functional and system integration testing of complex power systems while diagnosing yield losses, data interpretation challenges, and software issues. Develop Python and PHP tools to support automated testing and data analysis. Provide technical leadership to a team of approximately 20 technicians, including training on hardware, software, and problem-solving methodologies. Drive yield improvement through root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions for production lines and AI rack integration projects. Maintain test documentation and support NPI phases with hands-on troubleshooting of three-phase power electronics systems.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
- Senior-level experience focused on functional testing, system integration, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment
- Strong practical knowledge of power electronics and three-phase systems
- Programming experience using Python, PHP, or similar languages, mainly applied to test support and automation
- Proven experience leading or coordinating technical teams
- Direct management of test technicians
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and yield improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in fast-paced production environments
- Availability of schedule and willingness to travel as required
