Job Summary
Conduct testing and data analysis of PEM electrolyzer stacks, adapting to various tester designs and functions. Monitor stack and system operation continuously by providing instructions to test technicians, while performing gas chromatography analysis to identify anomalies and trends. Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations for internal reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and reliability. Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance activities for testers, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Requires B.Tech/B.E. in electrochemical or chemical engineering with minimum one year of experience in electrochemistry testing.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E in Electrochemical or chemical engineering or related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experiences required in the Electrochemistry Testing
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector including Batteries, Fuel cells, Electrolyser and Supercapacitors
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrochemical characterization methods for performance evaluation and diagnostics of electrochemical systems
- RCA of the system failure modes
- Oversee the troubleshooting and maintenance activities of the testers
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector including Batteries, Fuel cells, Electrolyser and Supercapacitors added advantage
