Test Engineer

Test Engineer responsible for establishing and maintaining statistical process control, yield tracking, and scrap cost monitoring within the engineering subdivision; develop yield improvements, troubleshoot existing procedures, document process enhancements, and perform failure mode analysis to ensure timely completion within the subdivision. Role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data analysis and product failure analysis, and ability to interpret mechanical drawings for jigs/fixtures; responsibilities include training technicians to improve work skills and adhering to ICARE values (Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm).
