Job Summary
Test Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom test equipment, fixturing, and instrumentation; translating system requirements into formalized test methods; performing standard device testing (DOE, GR&R) and data characterization; drafting and revising technical documentation; ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards (ALCOA) and maintaining traceability across test data. Strong communication and teamwork to present results, support verification practices, and apply foundational statistical methods in analysis while coordinating materials and documentation with engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably involving lab testing
- Proficient knowledge of lab testing principles, mechanical device testing, and Zwick Roell systems
