Job Summary
Document test concepts, methodologies, plans, and reports while executing end-user operational testing and performing data reduction and analysis. Apply Design of Experiments methods to plan programs and independently prepare success criteria, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports. Evaluate test environments for fault insertion and identify schedule conflicts between releases to provide high-quality analysis to the program test lead. Deconflict release schedules and incorporate communications systems and Modular Open System Architectures to enable NC3 modernization. Apply digital engineering concepts throughout the program lifecycle, including support for Model Based Systems Engineering. This full-time position at Abacus Technology for the TAAS program at Hanscom AFB requires a US Citizen with a Secret clearance and 5+ years of test engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in test engineering and support
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Plan, coordinate, and implement all activities related to the testing of IT and data center functions
- Experience developing test plans and test cases
- Possess a broad knowledge of the quality assurance process as it applies to testing and evaluation of software applications and mission systems
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Must be willing to provide hands-on testing support when necessary
- Must be a US Citizen
- hold a current Secret clearance
