Job Summary
Develop detailed test plans and cases by mapping requirements from specifications to design coverage. Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications, identifying defects and logging them accurately in JIRA or TestRail. Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs and verify corrective actions while ensuring data validation through SQL queries. Track and analyze test results to maintain efficient defect tracking within the Agile SDLC. This role supports the METASA project for Bosch in a hybrid environment, requiring strong analytical skills and familiarity with basic automation concepts.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 Years
- 5++ Years
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), specifically Agile methodologies
- Test Designing - techniques, methods, etc
- Test Execution & Defect Tracking
- Exp. on test management tools such as Jira, ALM
- Experience with database queries and data validation using SQL
- Knowledge of mobile application testing
- Knowledge of web and mobile application testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying potential issues
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic automation concepts and scripting languages
