Test Development Engineer

Job Summary
Establish close partnerships with Product Engineers to resolve suspected test issues affecting CWATY/CWASY yield and debug test fallout to distinguish between device and test robustness problems. Support quality teams in developing containment tests for customer quality complaints and enable manufacturable solutions to production timelines. Generate functional test patterns across SOC test benches and mailboxes for quality containment and test development work. Debug unresolved units of interest on cost projects and provide guidance on disposition directions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Science with 2 years of experience in low-level software/hardware debugging and micro-processor programming.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years relevant working experience
- Programming experience (C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, shell scripting)
- Experience debugging low level software and hardware
- Hands on programing experience with micro-processor or micro-controller
- Semiconductor and electronic fundamentals, digital logic and CMOS
- ATE software development and debug experience
