Test Development Engineer (IST, Philippines:Cebu)

Job Summary
Develop and implement advanced testing solutions to ensure the highest standards of product quality and performance. Perform analysis on vision software failures, automation failures and diagnostics during production runs. Develop and test vision profiles for customer devices. Create testing routines that simulate customer device tests to replicate observed issues. Perform failure analysis on Automated Test Equipment. Recommend application changes and improvements to diagnostics as applicable. Must be able to work in a team or individually, be self-motivated, and communicate effectively. Familiarity with Teradyne SLT is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BSECE, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Solid background in Electronics
- Proficiency in C#, C++, or Python (or similar language)
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment
- Experience with vision software (Cognex, Matrox, or similar)
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Teradyne SLT system is a plus
