Job Summary
Design, debug, and validate complex test circuit architectures, demonstrating expert proficiency in voltage divider networks and power supply topologies. Author efficient, scalable test scripts and software drivers in LabVIEW, C++, or C#, articulating underlying logic before deployment to the production floor. Lead Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility studies, analyzing standard deviation and variance to drive hardware improvements, while implementing SPC and capability monitoring for line stability. Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on control boards and power distribution systems, collaborating with maintenance teams to establish predictive schedules. This role supports the project team's expansion within Tier-1 MNC global manufacturing processes, offering rapid career growth in high-demand Advanced Manufacturing and ATE fields.
Required Qualifications
- Strong fundamental knowledge of circuit analysis (Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's Laws) and the ability to solve electrical problems from scratch without software assistance
- Professional proficiency in LabVIEW, C++, or C#
- Deep familiarity with the underlying concepts of GR&R, normal distribution, and statistical process control
- Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of demonstrated work experience in a high-volume electronic manufacturing environment
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Direct exposure to Tier-1 MNC global manufacturing processes and technologies
