Job Summary
Test Debug and RCA Engineer responsible for testing, validating, troubleshooting, and certifying compute and networking racks during manufacturing and production to ensure quality, performance, reliability, and customer requirements. Key duties include supporting server and networking rack testing, diagnosing and performing root cause analysis on hardware/software/network issues, testing high-speed Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics, validating switch configurations and network connectivity, troubleshooting packet loss/latency/bandwidth, developing and maintaining test procedures, automation scripts and production training, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet customer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Networking Engineering major related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware assembly and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing and Switching, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server environments
- Ability to use test equipment such as Multimeters, Cable testers, Network analyzers, Oscilloscopes
- Experience in data center infrastructure or rack integration
- Understanding of rack-level power and thermal management
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience in manufacturing and quality control processes
