Job Summary
Execute manual and semi-automated test cases for inverter control functions including torque, speed, protection, and diagnostics. Assist in designing test cases and set up HIL or bench environments to validate inverter functionalities. Analyze requirements, record test results, document issues, and track bug fixes with the development team. Apply automation tools like Python and CANoe to support regression testing and data analysis. This entry-level role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or Software Engineering to gain hands-on experience in electric drive systems testing. Participants will learn ASPICE-compliant processes under mentorship from senior engineers, with potential for official employment at VinFast after the program.
Required Qualifications
- Student or graduate majoring in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or Software Engineering
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving
- Good teamwork and communication skills
